BAUM advises on the sale of roller manufacturer ROTRANS to the French group Rouleaux Pack

Rouleaux Pack Group, a European leader in the manufacturing of rollers and drums for industrial transport systems, has acquired 100% of the Burgos-based company Rotrans, thereby strengthening its international expansion strategy.

Founded in 1982 and headquartered in Burgos, Rotrans has established itself as a benchmark in the design and production of components for transport projects in sectors such as mining, ports, and airports. With annual revenues close to €4 million and a strong presence in Latin America, the company represents a strategic asset for Rouleaux Pack.

The acquisition was financed by ALTIS Capital, with support from Carvest and BNP Paribas Développement, and backed by institutions such as Caisse d’Epargne, Crédit Agricole, and BNP Paribas.

The buyer was advised by ODERIS, CONSILIORS, and VIAJURIS, while BAUM advised the seller.
